At Miss Diva, we want you to love your look, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
